1. Account & access
By using Penaki, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. Keep your login credentials secure and limited to authorized members of your firm.
2. Ownership
You own all documents, rent rolls, T-12s, offering memos, leases and financial models you upload or create. You can export your models to Excel (.xlsx) anytime. Penaki owns the platform and software.
3. Confidentiality
We keep your deal files and underwriting assumptions strictly confidential and process them only to provide the platform and any analyst services you request.
4. No investment advice
Penaki provides software and analytical support, not investment, legal or tax advice. Your team is responsible for verifying all numbers and formulas before bidding or closing.
5. Liability & law
The service is provided 'as is', and total liability is capped at the fees paid by your firm in the prior twelve months. Governed by Delaware law.
